POLY ISOCYANURATE (PIR)

Sandwich panel indonesia - polyisocyanurate is a rigid polyurethane foam made by mixing isocyanurate an polyol with appropriate catalysts and HCFC Free blowing agent.

In the event fire, this core will simply chars. PIR panel are durable, providing high thermal resistance, mechanical resistance and dimensional stability.

We have 2 kind of PIR panels, PIR FM Approved Certificate & PIR non FM Approved Certificate.

Materials

‐ Steel Skins :

FM Approved PIR Specification Data 0.60 mm TCT pre painted galvanised steel with corrosion resistant alloy (55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicone). Hot‐dipped S220GD + ZA zinc/ aluminum coated metal to British Standard BS EN 10326:2004 (Continuously hot‐dip coated strip and sheet of structural steels).

‐ Coatings :

Internal application :

1. Polyester : food safe coating with 25 micron thick standard organic coating. Not recommended for prolonged contact with moist or wet food.

2. Food safe laminate : 120 micron thick chemically inert polymer film bonded to steel suitable for cold and chill stores, food processing and other hygienic applications, safe for continuous

contact with foods.

* Standard liner : bright white polyester

* Standard Colour : White RAL 9010

‐ Cores :

Eco‐safe environmentally sustainable PIR Insulation foam injected with CFC Free blowing agent to density 45‐60 Kg/m3. Non deletious with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP). Resistant to mould, fungi, mildew and vermin. No use of urea formaldehyde in the manufacturing process.

‐ Joint System :

Tongue and groove joint or cam clock joint inter fit achieves excellent thermal performance. Panel side join accommodate vapor or hygiene safe seals.

Properties

‐ Usage :

Cold or chill stores, food processing, chemical and pharmacy preparation applications with

internal temp. range from ‐50C to +60C.

‐ Dimension :

Standard width 1000 mm to 1200 mm, length up to 6000mm depends on thickness. Available thickness are 75, 100, 150 and 200 mm.

‐ Fire Protection :

Self extinguish fire resistant.

LPCB Certified to LPS 1208 up to 60 minutes. FM Approved to FMRC 4880 Class 1 Fire Classification with no height restriction. Steel outer and inner facings have Class 1 surface spread of flame to BS 476‐7:1997
