Polyurethane sandwich panel
Materials
‐ Steel Skins :
0.45mm ‐ 0.60mm TCT prepainted galvanised steel with corrosion resistant alloy (55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicone).
‐ Coatings :
polyester coated Colorbond Antibacterial or Foodgrade coatings with 0.15mm plastic film laminated after fabrication for skin protection. Standard colour : White.
‐ Cores :
Rigid Poly Urethane foam injected with CFC Free blowing agent to density 38 ‐ 42Kg/m3.
‐ Join System :
Tongue and groove joint or camclock joint interfit achieves excellent thermal performance. Panel side join accomodate vapour or hygiene safe seals.
Properties
‐ Usage :
Preferably for cold and chill stores. Application on clean room area might require PU panel with tongue and groove joining system.
‐ Dimension :
Standard width 1000mm to 1200mm, length up to 6000mm depends on thickness. Available thickness are 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200mm.
‐ Fire Protection :
Self extinguish fire retardant.
